Derek writes "AOL must reveal an anonymous subscriber's identity in a suit filed by a Hong Kong electronics firm alleging libel and unfair business practices. The Virginia Supreme Court held that the First Amendment defenses raised by AOL (regarding anonymous speech) did not apply to the unfair business practices claim."
