Digital Entertainment Two years after Vivendi (among others) settled a suit against Mp3.com for $175 million and subsequently acquired the site, it seems the media giant will get a chance to see what it feels like to sit on the other side of the table. Three of Sony's artists; Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, and James Taylor filed suit yesterday in Manhattan claiming that Mp3.com ripped their music and distributed it to customers without permission.

The Times of India has the story.
