A game designer who works out of his home in
England, Iain McLeod, has created Streamer to save Internet radio. Streamer is a software designed to make online radio stations very hard to trace for the authorities. Streamer allows anyone to broadcast streaming mp3 music, to an unlimited number of listeners, from very limited Internet connections. Cnet News.com has the entire story.
