Baystar Exits SCO

Open Source Cnet News.com reports that BayStar Capital has settled its disagreement with a deal to sell its preferred shares to SCO. BayStar arranged a USD 50 million investment in the SCO Group but then sought to get its money back. SCO is involved in the ongoing battle over the intellectual property rights to the Linux kernel.
