EU Community Patent Stalled

News German patent consultant Axel H. Horns reports in his blog that the work on the EU community patent is stalled and may even not be introduced at all. It appears that the previous trouble with the language issue could not be solved. However, this shall not be interpreted as the end of software patentability in the EU, which is a separate issue.
