News Lawmeme's Rebecca Bolin has conducted excellent research on the worldwide development of legislation regulating unsolicited, unwanted email correspondance, also known as spam. Bolin's investigations range from such diverse countries as Nigeria and Argentina to Australia and South Africa. It provides an interesting read, not least since spam is a global concern.
