Should Peer-to-Peer Operators Be Held Liable?

Copyright Wired reports that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California, will hear oral arguments in a case questioning whether the 'operators' of peer-to-peer networks like Grokster and Morpheus should be held liable for the illegal file trading on their networks.
