Google Print Quietly Launched

News The NY Times (free reg) reports that Google has begun an experiment with book publishers in which the contents of the first chapters of books, reviews or other bibliographic information is indexed and made available to Web surfers. In some ways, Google Print resembles Amazon.com's "Search Inside the Book" feature.
