Moonasar Chankar and Ajeet Praimsingh are two independent music producers in Trinidad, who has announced a bounty for any person reporting infringments of their rights. The Copyright Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago, COTT, has praised the initative.
Allison Demas, CEO of COTT states:
'This is an approach that has worked successfully in other areas and we see no reason why it should not duplicate accomplishment in the music business.'
