CAN-SPAM Passed in US Senate

News Democrats and Republicans yesterday voted for the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM) as a long-sought compromise aimed to limit unsolicited commercial email in Americans email inboxes.
