Copyright Creative Commons has an excellent comic strip explaining CC's spectrum of rights. Very well done!

    Dear Sir or Madam,

The cartoon on your website explaining your Creative Commons Licences appears to be a derivative work of Lego(tm)'s line of products. It bears a strong resemblence to the Lego(tm) men (and women [as we are not attempting to be politically incorrect]) that are the cornerstone of the Lego(tm) Universe. As such we request [demand] a fee of US$3 for each upload of your website upon the request of any image viewing webbrowser [not that we would be aware of the existence of something like Lynx, or anything]. This fee also applies to all past uploads of the said document.

Although we sell toys, we would be nowhere without our artists. Thank you for respecting our right to derivative works. Without the right to derivative works, we would be unable to capitalize on the creativity of those we do not employ. In such a world, our opportunities for the acquisition and expansion of new revenue streams would be limited. Contributions [mandatory donations] of creativity to our line of Intellectual Property are always appreciated.
    Sincerely,

The Lego(tm) Intellectual Property Division Team
