ADV: Lawsuits in Missouri

News Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon has, according to St Louis Business Journal, filed the first two lawsuits using the new state anti-spam law against a Florida man and company in Florida. The new legislation is a labelling law where ADV: must be in the first four characters in the subject line if it is regular marketing or ADV: ADLT if it contains adult material.
