Silicon Valley: LeapFrog Enterprise is suing Mattel's Fisher-Price, claiming infringement of a patent for computers that help toddlers learn words phonetically. LeapFrog's lawsuit in federal court in Wilmington, Del., aims to fend off competition to its LeapPad interactive book from Fisher-Price's PowerTouch, which Lehman Brothers toy analyst Felicia Ray Kantor listed last month as a potential ``hot toy'' for the holiday season. LeapFrog, which went public last year, claims it's been damaged and will be ``irreparably injured'' unless the court stops Fisher-Price from selling PowerTouch. The suit seeks unspecified damages.
