In an entertaining Wired article, the story of artist Andy Markley and his spam nemesis is told. Arist Markley's domain was used as From-address in spam. The artist turned angry and decided to hunt the spammer down. Against all odds, he succeeded and shut down the spammer's email account. At least for now.
