HP Indemnifies Linux Customers

Open Source HP has announced a plan to indemnify Linux customers, should customers be subject to legal liability following SCO's complaint against IBM.

' We went through our internal due diligence process and made a conscious decision (that) there was a risk we were willing to take on behalf of our customers,' Mr Martin Fink, an HP vice president, said to Cnet News.com.
