RIAA to Offer Amnesty?
posted by scubacuda on Friday September 05, @10:18AM
from the Faustian-pact dept.
Digital Entertainment The Register and /.: The RIAA will (supposedly) offer an amnesty to individual copyright infringers, sparing alleged violators the threat of legal action if they delete all unauthorised copies of music they possess and publicly promise to be good in future. The RIAA hasn't officially commented on the matter yet.
