News Pete Herzog writes "The Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual 2.1 from the Institute for Security and Open Methodologies (ISECOM) has taken a brave new step to establish Ethics in the OSSTMM Rules of Engagement for all security testers, penetration testers, and security consultants. You can download the 2.1 manual from this page."
