Two new bills will, according to Reason magazine, make it easier to hold event sponsors liable for drug use by their guests. And unlike the final version of Senator Joseph Biden's proposed months-old anti-rave law, both explicitly target raves. Country and Western events still seem to be legal, though. Lucky Americans!
