Massive P2P Suite Due in Spain

Copyright Pricewaterhousecoopers' lawfirm Landwell will, according to a Cnet News.com story, file suit against 4,000 Spanish peer-to-peer file-traders. The subjects 'have been identified as "serious" unauthorized downloaders of copyrighted songs, films and software'. It is not disclosed who the clients are and it is unclear if the case will fly or not under Spanish law.
