Companies Required to Disclose Hack Attacks

Security NBC San Diego: Effective July 1, CA companies must warn CA customers of security holes in their corporate computer networks. Lawmakers say the regulation is the first of its kind in the United States and may become the model for a law that will cover consumers nationwide.
