New TIIP Issue Out

News A new exciting issue of Technological Innovation and Intellectual Property (TIIP) is out. The new issue contains, among other interesting items, an article (PDF-format) by Michele Boldrin and David K. Levine where the fundamental assumptions underlying the economic theory used to support intellectual property systems are questioned. TIIP is edited by Mr James Bessen, famous for his work on the economics of patents (PDF-format) (in the same field, see also a recent 'popular' (i.e. non-scientific) article on software patents, by yours truly).

Download the articles.
