Microsoft Remedy Appealed

Antitrust The attorneys general of Massachusetts and West Virginia asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to overturn last year's Microsoft antitrust settlement. The attorneys general argues that the settlement 'failed to restore competition to the software business or hold the company accountable for past misdeeds'.
