Economist on Australian Jurisdiction Case

News As reported by Greplaw, the High Court of Australia in Dow Jones v Gutnick [2002] HCA 56 dismissed the application by Dow Jones to prevent the defamation action proceeding in an Australian jurisdiction. The Economist has published an analysis of the decision, and states that the case has 'further complicated the already murky question of which laws and whose courts have jurisdiction over the Internet.'
