Perens into IETF

Internet Governance Mr. Bruce Perens, one of the key profiles behind the open source definition, wants more people with an interest in open source and free software to join the standardization committee Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). Perens' goal seems to be political. He wants the IETF to act to enforce and implement patent- and royalty-free standards.
