Jonathan Peterson writes "I read a transcript of Peter Chernin's Comdex keynote and found it so full of lies and FUD that I spent much of the weekend researching and breaking down the facts behind the mistatements." Chernin is the CEO of News Corporation. His speech called or conspirary, er cooperation, between technology and content industries because "Stealing content is destroying opportunities for digital entertainment...Business will be crippled." The speech is covered by Business Week.
