As previously reported by Greplaw, Real released parts of its source code this week. Real does not want to be compared to Netscape, in particular when it comes to Netscapes position after the browser wars. Real seems to have a lot in common with Netscape. The war is over a standard for streaming content, such as music and moving pictures. The adversary is Microsoft. So why is this different from the Netscape situation? News.com interviewed Rob Glaser, founder of Real, to find out.
