A Canadian woman is suing her Internet Service Provider, ISP. She claims the common business practice of suspending access to email accounts, but still collecting email, when there is a dispute over bills and charges, cost her a job opportunity. The woman is suing for $110,000 in damages but also wants the ISPs to change their business practices.
