This past Thursday, RIAA hand puppet Hilary Rosen recently agreed to an Oxford Union debate, concerning the proposition that "the free music mentality is a threat to the future of music." The debate resulted in a 256 to 42 vote defeat of the RIAA's position. Highlights include Rosen claiming that copy protected CDs had not yet been released in the U.S. Several audience participants have notes on the debate (here and here), and there are even pictures.
