Ian on Sony and the RIAA: "You can't have your cake and eat it, too...They've created a monster..and they're going to have to deal with the fall out from that monster. They're going to have to regain the trust of the consumers, which after thirty years of changing media on the consumers--and then calling them thieves, as a member of Congress recently did for downloading--they've got some amends to make."
