Seth Finkelstein writes "
MSNBC is reporting on
Websense - free sex sites and "blacklist wars". Here,
the censorware company
Websense is releasing,
every business day, a dozen sex sites not on the
blacklists of other censorware companies. This was previously
covered on greplaw. But the MSNBC article has follow-up statements
from the targeted censorware makers. In brief, there will be no
retaliation either in blacklisting Websense, or poking holes in its
blacklist. Honor among blacklisters? Or fear of a mutually-assured-destruction scenario?"
