News There are two events of interest to many of us on the immediate horizon--in fact, on the same day (April 12):

Rosen #1
Harvard's Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law is holding an Entertainment Law Conference featuring the RIAA's Hilary Rosen. The conference will be held here at the Harvard Law School campus; Rosen's keynote speech takes place at 1:40 PM. Check out this HLS press release for details.

Rosen #2
That night at 6:00 PM, the Harvard Law School Forum is hosting Jeffrey Rosen, author of The Unwanted Gaze: The Destruction of Privacy in America, for a talk entitled, "The Silver Bullet: Can Technology Protect Liberty and Security at the Same Time?" Check out the HLS Forum website for details.
