Wired: Regardless of whether or not you agree with the RIAA's tactics, you've gotta love this quote by RIAA spokesman Jonathan Lamy
following another volley of lawsuits against file [sharers/stealers] on campuses."This is a group that does not appreciate as much as the general population that it is illegal to share copyright music on a peer-to-peer network. More education is necessary. One form of education is lawsuits."
Interesting use of the word "education." One might also say that Internet users are "educating" them on what constitutes strong arm tactics. In fact, it looks like they're getting 4x the "education" they got last June.
