Microsoft Lawyer to Chair US Bar Assoc. Antitrust

Antitrust Anonymous Coward writes "The Associated press via eWeek and USA Today reports that Microsoft has appointed one of its lawyers to chair the U.S. Bar Association Anti-trust section. Perhaps there are some implications beyond the immediate problems it will cause, especially if plans for patented file formats and closed hardware (from BIOS to CPU) come to fruition."
