Patriot Act Ruled Unconstitutional

In a recent ruling by U.S. District Judge Audrey Collins the USA Patriot Act was declared unconstitutional. The ban on providing "expert advice or assistance" was vague and considered to be in violation of the First and Fifth Amendments of the U.S. constitution.
