Wyden and Burns Respond to CAN-SPAM Critics

Criminal Law U.S. Senators Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Conrad Burns (R-Mont.), co-authors of the Can-Spam Act of 2003, have responded to their critics' claims that such legislation will not be effective.
