Criminal Law The Guardian: Sydney police have arrested an Australian man suspected of being part of a global, multimillion-dollar scam that has duped hundreds of victims into believing they can claim some of the foreign assets of the Nigerian president. Police believe this arrest arrest could be the the first in which an Australian is implicated in the fraud.
