VoIP in Minnesota Without License

News In the changing landscape of telephony, some regulators are trying to apply regular phone rules on Internet based telephony. According to a News.com story, Minneapolis federal Judge Michael J. Davis has just ruled that VoIP company Vonage may market its Internet phone service in Minnesota without obtaining a telephone operator's license or paying fees to support 911 services.
