Antitrust Mr Doug Simpson reports of a new article by Mr Daniel J. Gifford on the complex relationship between antitrust law and intellectual property law. Mr Gifford tells his views on 'patent abuse' and 'copyright abuse' in "The Antitrust/Intellectual Property Interface: An Emerging Solution to An Intractable Problem" 31 Hofstra Law Review 363 (2003).
