Dr John Logie, Assistant Professor at the Department of Rhetoric at the University of Minnesota, has published an interesting article on the rethorics of the P2P debate. Not only does Dr Logie offer criticism of the P2P prohibitionists and their cold war rethorics but also states that 'ethical peer-to-peer enthusiasts will do well to move toward terms that more accurately reflect their fair uses of these technologies "to promote progress of science and the useful arts."'
