privacy Like any rapidly developing country, Russia is struggling to create laws that adequately govern its expanding Internet infrastructure. Victor Naumov, in his article, Legal Issues in Personal Data Protection on the Russian Internet, describes Russian laws, approaches for future regulations and gives the general recommendations about the Internet privacy in Russia.
