Bill Royle writes "Techfocus has just published an interview with Fred Von Lohmann, Senior Intellectual Property Attorney for the Electronic Frontier Foundation. In the interview, we cover issues such as the 2600/DVD-ripping case, legal issues surrounding Kazaa and ReplayTV, and whether programmers have the right to publish code without fear of legal reprisal. Other issues: internet provider prohibitions on wireless networking, and ways to get involved.
This article is worth the read, and Von Lohmann has provided some unique insight into what the issues are, and how citizens can make a difference. You can check out the story here!" UPDATE by RR: /. thread here.
