A Michigan student whose allegedly satanic website (which apparently was a tongue-in-cheek attempt that encouraged others to take up certain "missions" of malice) resulted in his expulsion from high school was vindicated in U.S. District Court on Wednesday. Judge Patrick Duggan found that the students punishment, which he received after a proceeding in which he was not allowed counsel and could not cross-examine witnesses, was unconstitutional under both the First and the Fifth Amendments.
